These terms set out the rules for using this website. They are a contract between you and KloudTech Software ("KloudTech", "we", "us" or "our"). We have written them to be clear, but they are still the terms you agree to, so please read them. By visiting or using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. About this website

This website exists to tell you about KloudTech and what we do. Everything on it is provided for general information only. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote, a promise, or professional advice, and you should not treat it as one. If you want to work with us, that is a separate conversation, covered in section 8 below.

2. Using the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in a normal, reasonable way. You agree that you will not:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
• try to gain access to any part of the site, server or system that is not meant for you;
• interfere with the site, introduce anything malicious, or attempt to disrupt how it works;
• copy, scrape, harvest or collect data from the site using automated means without our written permission; or
• use the site or anything on it in a way that competes with us or damages our reputation.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw your access to the site at any time, without notice and without giving a reason, and we are not liable to you for doing so.

3. Our content and intellectual property

Everything on this website, including the text, graphics, logos, the KloudTech name and brand, page layouts, design, code and any other material, belongs to KloudTech or to the people who have licensed it to us. It is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and print or download a copy of a page for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Beyond that, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or reuse any part of the site without our prior written permission. Nothing on this site gives you any right or licence in our intellectual property.

4. No warranties

We put reasonable effort into this website, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, about the site. In particular, we do not promise that the information on it is accurate, complete or up to date, that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that it or the server that hosts it is free of anything harmful. Any reliance you place on the content of this site is at your own risk.

5. Our liability to you

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KloudTech, its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, this website. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business, and any loss that we could not reasonably have foreseen, however it arises and even if we were told it might happen.

If any liability of ours cannot be excluded under the law that applies, our total liability to you for anything connected with this website is limited to the amount, if any, that you have actually paid to us for the matter that caused the loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. You agree to cover certain claims

You agree to indemnify and hold KloudTech, its owners, employees and partners harmless from any claim, demand, loss, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises out of your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

7. Links to other sites

This site may link to websites run by other people. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or for anything that happens when you use them. Visiting them is your own decision and your own risk.

8. Working with us is separate

Using this website does not create any working relationship, partnership or contract for services between us. If we agree to carry out work for you, that work will be governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement for that work will apply to that work.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page, and we may do so without notifying you individually. The version shown here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms, and anything arising out of or connected with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You and we agree that the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute, and you submit to that jurisdiction.

11. If part of these terms does not hold

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is to be treated as removed, and the rest of the terms continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right or a term straight away, that does not mean we have given it up, and we can still enforce it later.
