This is the whole machine behind getting food from a tap on a phone to a knock on the door. The moment an order comes in, the system has already worked out which branch should make it, from the customer's location, that branch's opening hours and the area it actually delivers to, and it puts the right menu and the right prices in front of them.
Once the order is placed it moves through stages everyone can follow: placed, preparing, ready in the kitchen, on the way, delivered. As soon as the kitchen marks an order ready it goes to the next free rider at that branch, but only after the system has checked they are on shift, not on a break and not already out on another run. The fiddly dispatch calls are handled for the operator instead of by them.
From there it is one shared picture. The rider's location streams onto the customer's map and the branch's dispatch board at the same moment, so both sides are looking at the same thing rather than guessing. Every change of status can go out as a phone notification, a text or a WhatsApp message, which quietly removes most of the where is my order calls and makes a loud evening feel a lot calmer.

Every screen you have put in front of a customer, run from one place. You build a playlist of videos and images once, then hand it to whichever screens should show it. Those screens are organised by region, city and branch, and people only see and touch the ones their role allows, so even a network of a thousand displays stays something one person can manage.
The clever part sits in the screen itself. Each display is an inexpensive player that you register with a branch and screen code, approve once from the dashboard, and can switch off again remotely if a box ever goes missing. After that it looks after itself. When a playlist changes it only pulls the parts that are actually different, checked by a fingerprint of each file, so an update is quick instead of dragging gigabytes down the line every time.
Best of all, it keeps playing no matter what. Everything is stored on the device, so a dropped connection never leaves a black screen in the middle of a branch, it simply keeps looping what it already has. Every screen checks in every half a minute, so the dashboard always knows which ones are alive, and if a player ever freezes it notices and quietly restarts itself before anyone walks past.

Every complaint that comes in gets written down and handed to the right person on its own, instead of sitting in an inbox hoping someone notices. The system reads what the complaint is about, which branch it came from and how urgent it is, then matches it to someone who is on shift, not already flat out, and close enough to deal with it. If nothing fits a specific rule, a catch all makes sure it still lands on a desk.
From there each ticket follows a path you set out: picked up, work started, on hold if it is waiting on something, resolved, closed. Those stages are more than labels, a single one can stand for a real job like travelling to a branch or doing the work on site, and a ticket can only move the way the workflow allows. Everything that happens to it, every comment, hand off and change, is kept, so the next person to pick it up sees the whole story instead of starting again.
A clock runs on every ticket from the moment it opens, set by the kind of complaint it is. The dashboard shows what is comfortably on track, what is about to run late and what has already slipped, and a separate watcher lifts anything that has been sitting too long up to the people who need to hear about it. Managers see their whole queue at once, so a small problem gets a nudge before it turns into a loud one.
