This policy explains, in plain language, what information KloudTech Software ("KloudTech", "we", "us" or "our") collects when you visit this website or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to keep it honest and readable rather than burying the point in fine print. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.

2. The information we collect

We only collect what we actually need, and most of it is information you choose to give us.

Information you give us

When you email us or send a message, we receive whatever you decide to include. That usually means your name, your email address, the name of your company and the details of what you are asking about. You share this information at your own discretion, and you are responsible for making sure you are allowed to share anything you send us about other people.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers keep standard technical records when a page is loaded. This can include your IP address, your browser type and version, your device and operating system, the pages you viewed and the date and time you viewed them. The exact period is at our discretion and depends on the nature of the information and why we hold it. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to remove or anonymise it.

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
